How to make poha recipe step by step
Put Poha in the Bowl
First of all, we will take a bowl, and we will put poha in it. Here we have taken two cups of poha, which will be perfect for four people. It is of medium variety; wide variety and thin variety are also available in the market, but we suggest medium-based poha as it will give you better results.
Poha has to be Cleaned
Now we will clean it up. For that, add water to it and wash it quickly. Do not soak it; we have to clean it at least three times until the water becomes clear, as you can see in the photo.
Put Poha in the Plate
We will take out the poha with light hands and spread it on the plate. Don’t try to squeeze out the water. On the plate, you have to apply it in such a way that it blooms. It takes you 10 minutes.
Heat the Pan and give the necessary Phoran
Now we heat the Pan. An iron pan is best for this recipe because it sticks at least poha. Two spoons, we will put refined oil in them. As soon as the oil is hot, we will add a teaspoon of mustard to it and wait for it to crackle. This step is essential. After that, we will put curry leaves in it. Add 8 to 10 curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger, and fry it—Fry the chili for at least 30 seconds.
Roast the Spices
After this, you will see white-white and brown-brown spots in the green chili; this process will be done—friends, now we roast spices in it; Here we have taken half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of red chili powder, and half a teaspoon of coriander powder and mix it in oil.
Mix Onions
