First of all, we will take a bowl, and we will put poha in it. Here we have taken two cups of poha, which will be perfect for four people. It is of medium variety; wide variety and thin variety are also available in the market, but we suggest medium-based poha as it will give you better results.

Now we will clean it up. For that, add water to it and wash it quickly. Do not soak it; we have to clean it at least three times until the water becomes clear, as you can see in the photo.
